This role is for closers, not order-takers.
Mostly inbound calls. There is some outbound, but only to homeowners who already reached out to us first.
No cold lists. No dialing for dollars.
Your job is to control the call, build urgency, and close.

What You Do
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners requesting details about their coverage options
- Follow a proven call flow/script that keeps the conversation simple and clear
- Hit daily goals and follow the playbook
- Be coachable and have the desire/intent to keep getting better
- Shifts Monday thru Friday plus one Saturday per month
- 8:00am to 5:00pm 9:00am to 6:00pm 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Overtime is allowed and encouraged
